About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to oversee our construction projects from initiation to completion. This role is responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, expertise in project planning and execution, and the ability to manage risks while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Prepare and review project bids, and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures.
- Coordinate resources, vendors, and teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Identify project risks, create mitigation strategies, and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure quality control processes are in place and perform regular inspections.
- Lead and motivate the project team to achieve milestones and objectives.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing progress reports and updates.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, ensuring follow-up on action items.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and reports.
- Oversee project close-out, handover processes, and post-project evaluations.
- Uphold strict confidentiality in handling sensitive information and data.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 7 to 10 years of proven experience in managing construction projects.
- Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, BOQ verification, and risk management.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards in construction.
