We are seeking a skilled Multi-Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of maintenance skills and experience across Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing (MEP) works. This role involves troubleshooting, repair, installation, and maintenance tasks in various settings such as villas, restaurants, and hotels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct troubleshooting and maintenance of MEP systems, with hands-on experience in identifying and resolving issues.
- Perform repair and installation tasks for electrical, mechanical, and plumbing spare parts.
- Utilize core expertise in MEP maintenance for villas, restaurants, and hotels, ensuring systems operate efficiently.
- Demonstrate knowledge in grease trap and exhaust hood cleaning services.
- Undertake civil work, including painting, grouting, silicone pasting, and fixing floor and wall tiles.
- Communicate effectively in Hindi and English.
- Hold a valid UAE driving license for transportation requirements.
- Display flexibility in working day or night shifts as needed.
- Operate maintenance vehicles to attend to complaints during assigned shifts, following manager instructions.
- Work independently, demonstrating self-reliance and initiative in task completion.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the maintenance and troubleshooting of MEP systems is required.
- Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, and plumbing repair and installation.
- Experience in servicing villas, restaurants, and hotels is preferred.
- Knowledge of grease trap and exhaust hood cleaning services is advantageous.
- Familiarity with civil maintenance tasks such as painting, grouting, and tile fixing.
- Fluency in Hindi and English languages is essential for effective communication.
- Possession of a valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including day and night rotations.
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively.
